About The Role As an Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key part of the team that ensures the smooth flow of product from our manufacturing sites across the globe into our UK and EU warehouses. No two days in operations are the same and you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of admin tasks that help us deliver a five star service to our clients. You will be collaborating daily with the SharkNinja teams, warehouses, freight forwarders and ocean freight carriers.
Responsibilities
Plan and book container shipments delivery (drayage) for EU destinations in alignment with business requirements.
Monitor vessel schedules, delays, transshipments, and port and SN warehouses capacity issues.
Maintain shipment visibility and update relevant systems.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance (CMR, B/L, CI/PL).
Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly with carriers, FF control tower, and European warehouses.
Approach challenges openly with applying problem solving tools.
Conduct initiatives towards operational and cost effectiveness.
Support risk mitigation by identifying delays early and proposing alternatives.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Conduct KPIs / process control metrics to ensure right performance of the FF.
Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent execution of inbound processes.
