Junior Social Media Executive
with a passion for short‑form content and digital storytelling to help scale our social media presence and push the boundaries of beauty content online.
What You’ll Do This role is all about bringing our brand personality to life through scroll‑stopping short‑form content. You’ll plan, film, edit, and post videos that showcase our products and reflect Glaize’s bold, playful identity.

Hybrid (2‑3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end content creation: plan, film, edit, and post short‑form video content on TikTok and Instagram
Stay up to date with the latest trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them to fit Glaize’s identity
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content ideas
Follow our social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency across platforms
Track performance, assist with reporting and continuously test, learn, and optimise content to grow engagement
Actively engage with our audience, reply to comments, join conversations, and help grow our community online
What You’ll Bring
1‑2 years of experience in social media/content creation
Experience creating short‑form video content (for brands or your own channels)
Proactive, creative, and confident in front of the camera and confident showing off your Glaize nails (bare nails required for this role, no acrylics)
Strong video editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
An eye for trends, brand storytelling, and creative execution
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content pipelines
Enthusiasm, high energy, competitiveness and curiosity – you’re eager to learn and experiment
A passion for the beauty, nail, or fashion industry is a big plus
