What You’ll Be Doing
Building intuitive solutions to complex user problems, including new analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and interaction patterns.
Working with product managers to ship new features from scratch and translate design concepts into high‑fidelity prototypes.
Conducting user testing and research to validate design thinking and inform decisions.
Collaborating with engineers to ensure faithful delivery of design concepts.
Contributing to the design playbook and maintaining a world‑class digital design system.
Things you’ll have done before
4+ years of experience in a product design team, collaborating closely with product managers and other designers.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across remote environments.
Experience designing for SaaS web dashboards or data‑heavy visualization tools.
Things we like to see
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies from start to finish.
Experience with B2B SaaS products and their typical end‑user personas.
Background in a startup or smaller design team, potentially as the sole or founding designer.
Familiarity with moderately complex design problems involving large amounts of data or multiple user types.
Humility, kindness and respect in collaboration; a supportive and caring culture is important.
A playful, imaginative mind that balances creative thinking with data‑driven results.
