Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls and client meetings following Hyatt Consultative and SMART Selling principles.
Develop new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Maintain strong product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
Manage key accounts and prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Host site inspections, support VIP arrivals, and represent the hotel at trade events.
Build and maintain contacts to secure future business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in a five‑star hotel environment.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the Malta hotel market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative, IT, and organizational abilities.
Proactive, confident, and able to work under pressure.
Eligible to work in Malta.
Willingness and ability to travel for business trips, trade shows, and client engagements.
Additional European language is an advantage.
