Brand Marketing Manager, Casual Mobile Games Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand. Responsibilities
Create engaging and business-oriented WEU go-to-market plans (paid media, creatives, live-ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the full lifecycle of the games you are responsible for, across mobile, PC, and console platforms, including casual and mid-core titles.
Manage brand activation projects in support of games launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnerships, Creative Development, Influencers, Community teams at both WEU and HQ levels).
Lead end-to-end project management, monitoring project status from kick-off to post-performance review, ensuring milestone delivery, timeline alignment, and conducting post-mortem analyses after project completion.
Own and optimize consumer-facing content with a strong focus on market localization, quality control, and performance optimization (copywriting, visual impact, platform trends, audience insights).
Serve as a mobile and casual gaming marketing expert, providing strategic input on positioning, messaging, and audience targeting for mobile-first and casual game audiences.
In addition to WEU responsibilities, act as the point of contact for marketing consultancy in the French market, representing the WEU team with key external entities (first parties, gaming associations, local expert vendors).
Requirements
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing operations, or campaign implementation, with a strong track record in global or regional game publishing, ideally across mobile, PC, and console.
Proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, advertising, events, and content creation.
Strong understanding of mobile marketing ecosystems, including user acquisition, creative testing, performance marketing signals, and lifecycle marketing for casual and live-operated games.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including management-level partners, in a multicultural environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results; solution-oriented and comfortable engaging with technical publishing, live-ops, and marketing frameworks.
Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing gaming brand content, with experience adapting messaging across platforms and genres.
Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics, and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
Strong project management skills, able to manage priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
Passionate gamer with hands‑on experience across mobile, PC, and console games; exposure to casual games, GaaS, shooter, action, or ARPG titles is a strong plus.
Experience launching games across multiple Western Europe and/or North American markets, with a solid understanding of local gaming audiences and marketing environments.
Bilingual with fluency in English; native French or German is a strong plus. Mandarin is a plus.
