About The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Landmark Software & Services team. In this role, you will contribute to the design of our applications, focusing on delivering intuitive workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create engaging and functional designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped designs in production applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, along with a solid understanding of design systems and component reuse.
Strong foundation in interaction and visual design principles, with the ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that align with project requirements.
Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and iterative design processes.
Familiarity with usability testing, user research practices, and experience working in enterprise application environments.
Master’s Degree is considered a plus, indicating advanced knowledge and commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities
Design user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) components for product features under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring consistency and alignment with design standards.
Apply design system components uniformly across various features to maintain visual and functional coherence.
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve overall user experience.
Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Contribute to design reviews, team critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of the product.
