We have an exciting career opportunity for a
Sales Consultant
in our Maintenance and Repair Division at the Dartford Service Branch.
The
Technical Sales Consultant
is responsible for providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. We are looking for an individual with prior lift experience and a proven record in sales or business development in a busy office environment, who is target‑driven and understands customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow‑ups for minor repair work.
Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
Qualifications
GCSE English Grade C or above.
Lift experience preferable.
Proven sales experience.
