The Role You will drive new business across the UK corporate market and beyond. This is a full‑cycle role: outbound → qualification → discovery → pitch → negotiation → close.
Key Responsibilities
Break into senior marketing organisations using Challenger Sales or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Run structured, MEDDPICC‑aligned qualification for every opportunity.
Build pipeline through targeted, insight‑led outbound activity.
Sell to senior UK decision‑makers (CMO, Marketing Director, HR/L&D).
Close multi‑seat corporate deals across the UK, Europe and North America.
Collaborate with Marketing on ABM and territory strategy.
Success Measures Within 9–12 months:
Generate 4–6 qualified outbound meetings weekly.
Close £600k–£1m+ of annual new business in year one.
Open net‑new enterprise accounts.
Run consistently strong Challenger‑style discovery and value framing.
Maintain clear, accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data at all times.
What You Bring
5+ years UK B2B new business experience (L&D, SaaS, consulting, media or similar).
Proven outbound capability and confidence in enterprise prospecting.
Experience selling to senior UK marketing leaders.
Challenger Sales mindset (non‑negotiable).
HubSpot/CRM discipline (non‑negotiable).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
