Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories through proactive outreach and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with potential clients to present products or services, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate favourable terms.
Manage a pipeline of leads using IT tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues efficiently.
Organise and prioritise daily schedules to optimise visit routes and maximise sales opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales prospects.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, with strong negotiation abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple client visits and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in IT systems for customer relationship management (CRM), reporting, and scheduling purposes.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
