Harnham are working with a fast-growing SME lending fintech that's at a really exciting stage of its journey. They've got strong backing, a proven product in market, and now they're looking to bring in a Credit Risk Manager to take real ownership of credit strategy and scorecard model development.
THE ROLE You'll sit at the heart of the business, owning credit performance end-to-end across SME lending products. The focus is on developing and optimising scorecards, translating data into commercial credit strategy, and partnering closely with Product, Data Science, and Leadership.
Owning and evolving credit risk strategy across the SME portfolio
Designing, developing, and improving application and behavioural scorecards
Using internal and external data to drive smarter lending decisions
Balancing growth, risk, and profitability in a fast-moving fintech environment
REQUIREMENTS
Solid understanding of credit strategy, policy, and decisioning frameworks
Experience working with SQL and Python
