About the role: As a Design Director, you will lead a team of skilled designers, collaborating closely with OLIVER’s creative leadership and the client’s marketing and creative teams. Your role will involve directing and producing high-quality communications tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring consistency and excellence in all outputs.
You will serve as a brand guardian, taking charge of the visual identity for client projects while efficiently managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will drive creative excellence and award-worthy solutions that resonate in the B2B space.
What you will be doing: You will serve as a brand guardian, taking charge of the visual identity for client projects while efficiently managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will drive creative excellence and award-worthy solutions that resonate in the B2B space.
What you need to be great in this role:
Passion for impactful graphics, typography, layout, and idea generation.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and sell ideas suited for B2B audiences.
Ability to manage, lead, mentor, and develop other designers.
Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and graphic design principles focused on B2B applications.
Familiarity with multiple channels and formats, including print, digital, and social media relevant to B2B communications.
Collaborative skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to quickly address project briefs.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and familiarity with popular design tools and software as needed.
