We’re now in our second year of selling the tldraw SDK and we’re growing fast. We’ve learned a great deal from our customers (companies like Observable, Autodesk, ClickUp, and Shopify) and one topic is coming up more and more – the request for technical guidance to accelerate their tldraw implementation. That's hardly surprising: tldraw solves a hugely complex problem by providing the foundation for building collaborative infinite canvas applications, taking on the gnarly details so our customers can focus on their own innovative product. Many clients are happy implementing the SDK with our excellent documentation, but as our client base broadens, more are asking us to reassure them that they're setting off in the right direction. You will provide that reassurance.
Working as part of the GTM team and directly with a wide range of enterprise customers – from rapid‑growth startups to established businesses – you’ll ensure they begin their tldraw build in the best possible way. This focuses on the implementation phase right after signature, and begins just before, to ensure a smooth transition to production. As an engineer, you’ll maintain a close relationship with tldraw’s engineering and product teams, initially learning from them and ultimately exchanging ideas to continually improve both service delivery and the product itself.
Person You’ve been a software engineer for several years, most recently working directly with customers. You’re motivated by solving problems and helping others succeed with technology, and you have an eye on becoming a more strategic contributor. The agile, often unresolved processes of a young business excite you; your strong organizational skills and appetite to get things done with minimal direction make you a team player keen to learn from and support others.

Define and implement tooling and reporting to monitor onboarding progress and early customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with tldraw engineers to translate real-world feedback into product improvements.
