Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Drive new business opportunities while maintaining strong client retention
Manage stakeholder relationships
Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and development support
Support and train stakeholders ensuring activity is conducted within regulations
Produce management information and performance reports for senior stakeholders
Oversee accurate checking and authorisation of commission payments
Provide competitor and market intelligence to inform business decisions
Attend management and sales meetings as required
Travel as necessary to meet clients, brokers, and introducers
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales
Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role
Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
