Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and sales in our showroom.
Build relationships with clients, welcoming them and providing a friendly welcome.
Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to our customer database.
Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide outstanding after‑sales service.
Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing, showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
Arrange sample dispatches and manage showroom appointments.
Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and provide drinks to customers during appointments.
