Senior Kitchen Specialist

We seek a Line Cook to enhance our kitchen team.

As a dynamic hospitality professional, you will be responsible for preparing and plating high-quality dishes while maintaining clean and organized kitchen areas. Your goal is to deliver exceptional meals that meet the Chef de Cuisine's specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You must communicate effectively via phone and possess good oral communication skills.

• Able to work flexible schedules accommodating business levels (weekends, nights, and holidays required).
• Excellent understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine preferred.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
