- Possess a refined palate and clear understanding of the brand's upscale cuisine.
- Demonstrate an exceptional palate and deep comprehension of the brand's culinary identity.
- Communicate clearly and directly with colleagues, leadership, and front-of-house partners.
- Balance creativity with operational precision and business acumen.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.
- Leads with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
