Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Properly use PPE when performing assigned duties.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as directed, including moderate Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and protocols.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow instructions and Safety directions.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
