Join our growing warehouse operations in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We prioritize a safe and organized work environment, so adherence to safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate methods.
- Accurately pick items for orders and prepare them for packing and shipping.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and assist with unloading incoming freight.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and other stock management activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, including safe Lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics process through efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
