Our San Antonio, Texas, facility is seeking reliable and diligent Warehouse Workers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will span various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to Safety and meticulous attention to detail are essential. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics sector within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear PPE.
