Job Summary:
Join our team as an Order Picker in Madison, Wisconsin! In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and speed. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse locations based on order details, often using a handheld scanner or picking list. You'll ensure the correct products and quantities are selected, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position is a vital part of our logistics network, impacting the timely delivery of goods. The role requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift, walking extensively within the warehouse, and may involve occasional lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Comprehensive training on our picking systems and warehouse operations will be provided. You'll work collaboratively with other warehouse associates to meet daily picking goals. Responsibilities:
