Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Safely and efficiently pack orders, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping details and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station and warehouse environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Understand and execute logistics tasks promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Capability for frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
