Join our bustling logistics center in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Picker/Packer. This role is central to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for efficiently picking items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists, verifying quantities, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position. A strong commitment to safety is required, including the mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all warehouse safety protocols. This role involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform frequent lifting of items. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Training on our specific systems and warehouse logistics will be provided. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy
- Package items securely for shipping, ensuring product protection
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals
