We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all goods. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. We seek motivated and reliable individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Logistics and supply chain industry. Core responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stocking inventory into appropriate warehouse locations using designated equipment.
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Packing orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Loading and unloading trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
- Adhering to all Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of equipment.
- Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Identifying and reporting any operational issues or safety hazards.
This position requires the ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Consistent use of required PPE , such as safety glasses and vests, is mandatory.
