We are hiring an Order Picker in Huntsville, Alabama! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders from various warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners to identify items and update inventory levels.
- Verify product information against order specifications for accuracy.
- Ensure that all picked items are handled with care and stored appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Communicate any issues, such as stock shortages or damaged goods, to the team lead.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Support the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Requires the ability to handle repetitive lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or order picking is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A strong understanding of safety practices is necessary. This position is a key component of our logistics and fulfillment process.
