We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers for our Orlando, Florida facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics success, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment to our valued customers. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy, and safety are top priorities. Key responsibilities include locating and retrieving items from inventory, packaging them securely, and preparing them for transit. The job requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting and standing for extended periods. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and adherence to all safety procedures and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations according to order slips.
- Use scanning equipment to record inventory movements.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE as instructed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear and use all provided PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
