We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with management to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence within the logistics industry. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Supervising and training warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensuring all shipments are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
- Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness to optimize workflow and prevent accidents.
- Lifting and moving stock as necessary, adhering to safe lifting techniques.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with other departments to find solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for warehouse operations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
