We're hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, encompassing a range of tasks that keep our products moving efficiently. You'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving to dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of goods within the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
