Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using order lists or scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and contribute to efficient logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear provided PPE.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
