Come join our growing warehouse team in Boise, Idaho, as a Warehouse Worker! This position is crucial for managing our inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are committed to maintaining a secure and efficient Logistics environment, with a strong emphasis on employee Safety .
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming products and materials.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
