We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and staging orders. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will work with a team to ensure that products are processed and shipped correctly, meeting customer demands. We emphasize a secure work environment and provide all necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Support overall logistics operations through efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines, including wearing PPE.
