We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will perform essential tasks to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will play a key part in our logistics chain, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
