You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and correctly. This position demands speed, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail to meet customer demands. As a Picker/Packer, you will be a vital part of our logistics chain, contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Safety is our top priority; all team members are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols. This role involves significant physical activity, including repetitive lifting.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
