In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency directly impacts our customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. You will utilize RF scanners and other technology to navigate the warehouse and confirm picked items. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, and all employees are expected to follow our strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 35 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology for order fulfillment.
- Label packages correctly for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
