We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory within the warehouse, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for verifying shipment contents against order forms and reporting any discrepancies. We emphasize strict adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role involves significant manual labor, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and efficiency, contributing directly to the smooth flow of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack items accurately for outgoing shipments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
