What You’ll Do
* Perform accurate diagnostics and high-level repairs on European, Asian, and domestic vehicles
* Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and performance issues using state-of-the-art tools and equipment
* Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork
* Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
* *ASE Master Certification (or equivalent experience)* strongly preferred
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (European vehicles a plus)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
