Grade D -  Grade D: £30,373 (National) or £ 36,229 (London – for London office based or homebasedworkers within the boundary of the M25)  **Pro Rata’ for part time hours**
There is also an additionalhomeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. For parttime roles – please note this will be pro rata.

As a Data Manager, you’ll play akey role in managing and improving the way we handle data across its entirelifecycle—helping us deliver accurate, secure, and high-quality informationthat supports better decisions and outcomes.

In the last 12 months, as a CQC Data Manager, you might have:

  • Helped to designed and implemented processes to improve data quality and governance across multiple systems.
  • Supported the development and maintenance of data management processes, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Created and documented clear, efficient data flows connecting operational systems to analytics and BI platforms.
  • Worked with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure compliance with data management policies.

You'll Play a Key Role By

  • Supporting the design, build, and testing of CQC’s data management processes.
  • Developing and maintaining processes for data quality assurance and reporting.
  • Help with the delivery of data remediation plans.
  • Promoting data management principles and best practices across teams.
  • Participating in agile delivery methods to ensure responsive, customer-focused solutions.

Show Us

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in data quality management, including root cause analysis, data validation and data remediation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data management processes and concepts.
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to diverse audiences.
  • A good understanding of CQC tools including CRM (Customer Relationship Management),RP (Regulatory Platform), DevOps and PowerBi
