We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Offer a $2000 sign-on bonus to be paid quarterly throughout the first year of employment.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, gasoline engines, transmissions, and related systems when needed
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Maintain accurate service records and assist with parts inventory management
* Communicate effectively with customers, management, and technicians regarding repair status and timelines
* Monitor shop performance metrics and implement improvements
* Assist in growing our Fleet services to outside companies
*What We’re Looking For:*
* 3+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience (heavy-duty truck, bus, or equipment preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with modern diesel engines and electronic systems
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to foster a positive, productive team environment
* Familiarity with shop management software a plus
* Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
