As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the sales environment. Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively present to clients. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities and share best practices. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Motivated by results and passionate about helping customers. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Benefits
