The role demands physical capability, requiring frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, along with sustained periods of standing, walking, and bending. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform other duties as requested to support Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment effectively.
- Must be able to perform regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
