Join our dynamic warehouse team in Provo, Utah, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Your role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. This position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and Safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics flow.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
