Join our dynamic logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for motivated individuals to play a key role in our warehouse operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position operates within a fast-paced distribution center, requiring a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You will handle inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and contribute to the overall smooth running of our logistics network. The role demands physical activity, including frequent lifting, and adherence to strict safety protocols, for which we provide all necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using all required PPE.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
