A reputable logistics company in San Francisco, California is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This role demands strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring productivity targets are met. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, implementing best practices in inventory management, and optimizing workflow. The Supervisor will conduct regular safety training sessions, ensuring all staff are compliant with safety regulations and proper PPE usage. This position involves managing the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. We are looking for someone who can motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Supervise warehouse staff and delegate tasks
