Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage orders for shipment and load them onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking as required.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read and understand labels, orders, and instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions carefully.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
