- Select products from inventory using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Verify product accuracy against order details.
- Pack orders carefully, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Follow all established safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Conduct visual inspections of inventory.
- Communicate any stock issues or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting pick lists.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management concepts.
