We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Distribution Center as Distribution Center Associates in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to our supply chain, involving the efficient processing, stocking, and movement of goods. You will contribute to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify inventory against shipping documents and enter data into the WMS.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize all necessary PPE provided.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals in our logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending.
- Proficiency with scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
Safety is our highest priority. All associates are trained on safe work practices and are required to use designated PPE to ensure a secure working environment. Your role is critical to the efficiency of our logistics operations.
