You will be involved in various aspects of our distribution process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or other designated equipment.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with Lifting and carrying products up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety vests and shoes.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
