This position is critical to the daily functioning of our distribution center, supporting various tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Load and unload items from trucks and other vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be committed to following all safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
