Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare shipments for departure, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required for some roles).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
