This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse activities, focusing on the efficient handling of goods and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential. Must be reliable and have a strong attendance record.
