Job Summary:
Are you a fast-paced and accurate worker looking for a fulfilling role in Madison, Wisconsin? We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail ensures that our customers receive exactly what they ordered, contributing directly to our company's success. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a hands-on approach and thrive in an active warehouse environment. You will be a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure items are in good condition before packing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and picking/packing area.
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed.
  • Follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to overall team productivity and warehouse goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Capability for moderate Lifting (up to 30 pounds). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety practices. Team player attitude.
